The First NDSCS Donation Auction

To gauge member interest, the NDSCS is holding its first donation miniauction to raise funds for the society. The auction consists of lots that either belong to the society or were donated.

Standard auction rules apply. High bids will be reduced to one increment over the second high bid. In case of ties, the earliest received bid will win the lot. For lots with minimum bids, bids lower than the minimum will not be entered.

There is no buyer’s premium but postage and insurance will be added to the total.

Bids may be submitted by mail or e-mail. All bids must be accompanied by the member’s full name, mailing address and e-mail address. For e-mail bids, place “NDSCS Auction” in the subject line. Winning bidders will receive an email invoice with instructions on how to pay.

Send bids to: Peter Martin, POB 6074, Fredericksburg, VA 22403;
E-mail: pmartin2525@yahoo.com.

Bids must be received by midnight, April 1, 2012. All proceeds benefit the NDSCS.

If you have duplicate or unwanted Duck stamp related material, consider donating it to the NDSCS. The society has tax exempt status and your donations are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.

When we receive enough material, we’ll have another auction.
