| Shipping limits: | We ship anywhere in the world. In the USA, we normally ship by Priority Mail, but we will use Airborne overnight delivery for an extra charge. Please contact us for other shipping alternatives, including delivery outside the USA. | ||||||||||||
| Customer guarantee: | By placing an order, you agree to the terms of our software license. If you do not agree with our terms, or our software does not meet your needs for any reason, return the software and manual within 60 days for a refund (less shipping and handling). | ||||||||||||
| Return policy: | CottonSoft, Inc. is dedicated to your complete satisfaction. You may return an item for refund or replacement within 60 days of the shipment date. (Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.) To return an item, please contact us by phone (239-596-3337) or email (iwcotton@centurylink.net) for a return merchandise authorization (RMA). No returns will be accepted without an RMA. Then send us the items in undamaged condition. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.
