Thank you for ordering from CottonSoft, Inc. If you specified normal delivery, your shipment will go out by Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. We have no control over delivery time, but Priority Mail generally takes a maximum of 3 business days in the continental U.S. If you specified overnight delivery, your shipment will go out by Express Mail; however, if you ordered late in the day and did not call us, it might go out the day after you placed the order for arrival the day after that. For either shipping mode, we have tracking numbers and can tell you where your shipment is if it does not arrive when you expect.

When the software arrives, there will be a printed sheet of installation instructions separate from the manual. Please follow it! In particular, it is crucial that all components of the software be installed on the computer where it will be used. No components should be installed on a server! Prior to installation, we recommend shutting down the target computer, disconnecting it from any local network, rebooting the machine (and turning OFF any wireless connections), and then installing the software. Please contact us by phone or email if you have any installation problems.

Once the software is installed, please put the CD in a safe place, as you will need it for any future installations. Then please read at least the introductory chapter in the manual which gives an overview of how our software works and how to setup the optimal parameters and rules for your office. Please contact us if, after reading the overview, you need help with setting up or using the program. We are here to help you use the software most effectively in your office!
