Our Floor Time Scheduling System software schedules up to 100 agents into up to 10 shifts per day throughout the month. Scheduling preferences (restrict, require, limit # of assignments) may be assigned to agents on a permanent and/or temporary (current month only) basis. A variety of different scheduling rules can be chosen to create the schedule. After creation, a schedule can be viewed on-line and edited, if necessary, to perfect it. A calendar-style schedule can be printed along with individual assignment sheets for each agent and statistics summarizing the distribution of assignments. Our software runs on all versions of Microsoft Windows from 95 thru Windows 8.

Our current release is Version 2.1n (2014). One license is required for each office where scheduling is performed. Discounts are available for 2 or more licenses.

The manual is printed on 8 1/2 x 11" pages, double sided, and spiral bound to lie flat when opened.

Shipping & Handling by US Postal Service Priority Mail. Software is sent on a compact disk (CD). A manual is sent with the original license (not with updates, unless so ordered). Additional manuals may be ordered separately.

Priority Mail orders are sent with Delivery Confirmation for your protection.

Overnight shipping by Express Mail (includes handling).
