CottonSoft, Inc. MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

CottonSoft, Inc. shall not be liable for errors contained in the software or documentation or for incidental consequential damages in connection with the furnishing, performance, or use of this material.

The software and documentation contains proprietary information which is protected by copyright. All rights are reserved. No part of this material may be photocopied, reproduced, or translated into another language without the prior written consent of CottonSoft, Inc.

This software is licensed for use at a single office. You may not duplicate and distribute the software without written permission from CottonSoft, Inc. You may not rent or lease this software, nor may it be used at more than one office or location. Each site where the program is installed requires a separate license; however, you may create schedules at a single location for multiple offices by creating a separate database for each.

You may make one copy of the original program disk or CD for backup or archival purposes. The software licensed for an office may, for convenience in use, be loaded on additional computers in that office, including laptops; however, a laptop or other portable computer containing the software licensed to one office many not be taken and used in any other office to produce a schedule for that other office.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

Purchase of this software shall be interpreted as agreement to observe the terms of this license.
